Epicuriosity

We met In January 1998 and on August 1st that same year, we were married. We married young. I was 19 and Mark 20. Some say we were too young, but almost 11 wonderful years later we are more madly in love today than ever!

We have spent our life together LIVING it. We travel, explore, eat, drink and try to learn everything we can about the world!

In the past 10 years we’ve explored the history of London, felt the power of Stonehenge, dowsed through the stones of Avebury, drank our way through the vineyards of Provence and eaten too much seafood in San Remo, Italy. We’ve seen the royal palace of Monaco, eaten tapas in Plaza Mayor (Madrid) and experienced the beautiful gold inlay work in Toledo. We’ve skied the mountains of Austria while stopping along the trail for schnopps and beer and later we found the beer and sausage in Munich was even better. We’ve snorkeled the crystal waters of Antigua and swam with the jellyfish in Coco Cay. We ate mofongo in Puerto Rico, bananas from the trees in St.Lucia and we’ve even ridden underwater scooters off the beautiful coast of St.Thomas.

The US has not been excluded from our travels. We experienced the awe and wonder of the Grand Canyon as we drove along the rim with the breeze in our hair and we’ve seen the red beauty of the Sedona rock formations from the very top. We’ve eaten deliciously warm flatbread on an Indian reservation in Arizona and fell in love with the heat of the green chili recipes in Albuquerque. We rode along route 66 in a convertible and spent the night in the famous Wigwam hotel. We even stood on the corner in Winslow Arizona!

These are just the places I can think of as I write this ‘about’ page. The point is we have seen a lot over the last 10 years, but there is still SO much to see! Good thing we got married so young. Now we have more time to squeeze it all in!
